From Lililicious: A classic manga about girls at a private all-girls school. The storyline centers around the experiences of Nanako, a "normal" girl who is invited to join the prestigious school organization, the Sorority, and is resented by all the other students because she doesn't appear to be qualified. Other key characters are Nanako's two friends: Tomoko, her friend since childhood who is alienated by Nanako's decision to try to join the Sorority, and Mariko, a strange, obsessive girl who is invited to join the Sorority along with Nanako; her "older brother," Henmi, who she corresponds with by mail; and the "Three Magnificent Ones," all of whom are admired and quasi-worshipped by the rest of the student body: the head of the Sorority, Miya-sama, the haunted, pill-popping rebel, Saint Juste, and the star athlete with a mysterious disease who doesn't like the Sorority, Kaoru-no-kimi.

[From Wikipedia]: The Onmyou Taisenki manga does not tell the same history as the anime. The story happens years before the events in the anime. The main character, Yakumo (who also appears on the anime, as a teenager) is the son of Monju, the chef priest of the Taihaku Temple, in Kyoto. Yakumo also trains the In, with a baseball ball. In this temple, a Toujinshi (闘神土, literally 'god of war'), and Monju's former teacher, Mahoroba, is imprisioned. The problems start when Mahoroba escapes, gains power, and transforms Monju into stone. Yakumo is called by a Zero Drive, which was one of the treasures of the temple. This Zero Drive handles Byakko no Kogenta. The story of the manga is about Yakumo's first steps with a Shikigami, training with Idzuna (Taihaku Temple's shrine maiden) and seeking Mahoroba through various Japanese historical dates. Famous Japanese historical characters such as Oda Nobunaga can be seen on the manga.
The manga and the movies of the same name are both based on the Onmyouji novels by well known Japanese science fiction writer Yumemakura Baku. All three concern the adventures of Abe no Seimei, an onmyouji (magician) serving the imperial court during the Heian period and his friend nobleman Minamoto no Hiromasa. Both men are historical figures who appear in various sets of tales. Many of the early chapters of the manga closely follow stories in the Konjaku Monogatari or Uji Shui Monogatari. Note: Won the Tezuka Osamu Cultural Grand Prize in 1997 and the Seiun Award for best comic of the year in 2006.
