The story delves into the tumultuous love affair between two writers and explores how their actions impact those around them, including both admirers and detractors. Although set in a bygone era without the presence of modern technology, the story doesn't feel outdated and maintains a deliberate, contemporary pace. The series includes five volumes, from Hitodenashi no Koi (1999) to Aisareru Hito (2004), with the publisher Game Over or Continue announcing its official drop after the completion of volume two.
Collection of short stories by Kaori Ozaki ("Immortal Rain"), including her debut story. The earliest story in the volume was written when she was sixteen, and the last one when she was nineteen. CAUTION: There is quite a lot of nudity here; it's more art-house variety than hentai, but if you'd rather not deal with nudity period, this probably isn't the book for you. The stories are good, though.
"When I talk about ‘warped manga from a warping mind’, I’m thinking about this kind of incoherent story. ‘The Human Clock’ is a lot simpler to explain. The hero is Yubi Chizuo again. He’s a student like before, but this time round he’s a dropout. He stays in his house, which is a family shop selling watches and clocks. He gazes and gazes at the clocks. Little by little, he turns into a clock. That is the entire story. It reminds me of Kafka’s Metamorphosis." from Manga Zombie.
