At school, a girl possessing clairvoyance uncovers the identity of her future boyfriend.

In the midst of these challenges, the girls discover solace in each other and vow to overcome every obstacle to stay together, no matter how antagonistic their hometown treats them.

This sets off a chain of misinterpretations, leading to Sakura eventually becoming his manga assistant. Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun follows Sakura as she tries to express her love for Nozaki, all while helping him with his manga and encountering his quirky assistants who also attend Roman Academy.
