Our protagonist, Ichimura Tamito, is a criminal magnet. But something seems off about this girl and his new class too. It seems like our protagonist's magnetic pull on crime and criminals is getting stronger as he find out that he belongs to a class of criminals and suspects.

He's quite buff, although slender. He has yellow irises at the same time, and has pretty long silver hair that is white. Among his characteristics that are concealed is that he's got no brows as Toki stated early in the manga. (Heike seems to dis-like this significantly, but it's barely detected due to his hair). Heike's normal dress (his black jacket) has gear assembled into it so that you can avoid his electricity from being over used (he provides an extremely glowing, harmful light once this has been been eliminated).
With their school shutting down for good, the students of a small town were heading for different directions in life. These games allow you to more or less "raise" the character as if you were some sort of parental figure. Don't ask me for the particulars, I've never played it or seen it in action. But you can more or less mold the character into the adult you would like them to be. Previously there have been Rei and Asuka raising games, and most recently, a Shinji raising game. For some peculiar reason, they decided to release a manga to tie into the new raising game. The manga begins in a manner quite similar to the alternate universe of episode 26 of the TV series, as well as the Girlfriend of Steel 2 manga. In that aspect, this manga will seem quite "familiar" to you.
