Little Geuroo was curious about him. That boy from next door who asked him a strange question. The boy, Lee Garam, who always avoided him even though all Geuroo wanted was to get close to him. The manga revolves around the Sakura household, which has since ancient times worked as sake brewers. One day the daughter of the household finds a katana in her family's warehouse and when she unsheathes it, the sword starts to shine. The title Sakura Juuyuushi is a play on words of Sanada Sakura Juuyuushi, a story of the group of 10 ninja who assisted the warlord Sanada Yukimura during the Warring States era of Japan. Source: ANN

Impressed by a vase she saw in the hallway, Mokako decided to join the pottery club so she could meet the person who made it. There she meets the artist, Shuri, and she teaches Mokako pottery. There exists a horrific newspaper called the Fear Newspaper that foretells of people’s extreme misfortunes. Kagata Mei, male high school student, has been cursed with this evil spirit and has to fight against it on a daily basis. He is forced by the Fear Newspaper to stop the events on the paper from occurring or face the consequences of his life being shortened by 100 days for every article he is unable to prevent. What makes this horrific situation even worse is that no one else but Mei can see the cursed newspaper and so he is left to undertake this task alone.
